Salesperson General Requirements
California requires 3 California specific real estate pre licensing courses prior to applying for the California Salesperson licensing exam/ license. Pacific Real Estate School provides the 3 courses via home study / online. Students who enroll in the CA pre licensing package will be provided with the course digital text and online study material. Once the material is received, the student is to review the content for a minimum of 18 days per course per CA law. The student may test through the school website to obtain a course certificate after the minimum time frame has passed and the student is comfortable with the curriculum. All study is completed by taking an open book final exam to receive the course certificates. Upon completing the 3 course certificates, the student will submit CA form 435 to apply for the exam and license.

Successful completion of three courses is required to qualify for a real estate salesperson examination:
